Hello and welcome back to my blog!
Today’s post is a shorter one, as the last few days have been busy whilst the Mr and I have been settling Teddy into his new home. I’ve been out and watered some plants, but I haven’t done any major gardening since we rescued Teddy last Thursday. He is settling in well and getting better every day, so I will be doing a bit more gardening as time permits this week.
If you would like to follow Teddy’s progress and see how he is recovering, you can follow him on Instagram @teddy_is_loved and Facebook at Teddy is loved.

I hope you enjoy reading today’s post 🙂
A new project
Last weekend, whilst in the car on the way back from our usual weekend breakfast, I spotted a free piece of furniture at the side of the road in our village. We stopped to have a look, decided we would take it and then realised that it wouldn’t fit in the car. We ended up having to transport it up the village balanced on top of our wheelbarrow!
When we finally got the item home, it was placed in Teddy’s Garden, where it will remain:

As you can see, it has a top that lifts up, with a large storage space in the top section:

The front has two doors, both of which open up and allow you to pull the trays out, previously used for accessing the trays for cleaning when it was used a small animal home.

I will be transforming this item to serve a new function in the garden; I have started taking it apart carefully and it has been deep cleaned. I’ll be working on this new project over the new week or so, and I’ll post updates in due course!
That’s all for today, further updates to follow. Until next time, happy gardening 🙂
